RentometerPro exists to make both tenants and landlords happy. We give you the tools to maintain a professional relationship with your landlord. Currently, only tenants with RentometerPro Landlords can log into our tenant website, but that will change in the future.

Once you have a RentometerPro Landlord (invite them to join, it's free!), we provide the following services:

  • pay rent by eCheck
  • submit maintenance requests
  • secure, private online account for your current lease
  • easily update your contact information
  • message mailbox (archived)
  • rental payment history for yourself and your roommates

Landlords may also enable tenants to submit maintenance requests and rent payments via RentometerPro. If they do so, you'll be able to pay your rent at pro.rentometer.com via eCheck, and soon, credit card. It's a great way to develop a rental payment history you can share with future landlords.
