Yes. Maintenance ticketing and tracking is included in the RentometerPro plans. Tenants can login and submit maintenance requests. Requests and actions on requests will be tracked in the system so you will know who submitted which request and when, and track progress and notes on actions. Using RentometerPro to ticket and track maintenance means that everything is organized as it happens and you receive fewer phone calls and voice mail messages.
Yes! You can manage all of your units in RentometerPro while you select specific units to enroll in Online Rent-Payment. You have the power to choose.
Yes. You can use RentometerPro without subscribing to Online Rent-Payment and collect and process your own rents manually.
RentometerPro alerts landlords that payments were made on same day the payment is received. RentometerPro also immediately updates the tenant accounts to show when the payments were submitted and the status of those payments.
RentometerPro verifies your tenants’ payments within three business days and then immediately submits them to your account for deposit.
The time it takes from when RentometerPro submits the deposit to your bank to when the deposit clears your account may vary depending upon your bank. Typically the entire process from start to finish takes no more than five business days.
When you accept checks through RentometerPro, your tenants’ checks are scanned by RentometerPro and the bank the same day they are received! When your tenant makes a payment received by RentometerPro (online and checks), your RentometerPro account will immediately be updated every step of the way, informing you of when payments were received, processed and when they were submitted to your bank.
If RentometerPro does not receive a rent payment on time, we will alert you that the payments was not received on time and after your specified grace period, we will automatically send the tenant a late payment reminder with a payment coupon and payment envelope. If you're lease agreement includes late fees, RentometerPro will automatically calculate the late fee and include it in the next invoice.
If a tenant makes a partial rent payment, RentometerPro will accept the payment, alert you of the payment status, calculate any required late fees, update your accounting ledger and status reports, automatically send out a late payment reminder and automatically update the next invoice.
You can add Online Rent-Payment to any plan for $5.00 dollars per unit per month. There are no per-use transaction fees for echecks or paper checks, no setup fees and no cancellation fees.
There are no additional fees involved unless a tenant bounces a check or makes a payment with insufficient funds.
In the event that a tenant bounces a check or submits the payments with insufficient funds, there is a service fee of $25 per incident. In the event that a tenant reverses a payment after RentometerPro has deposited rent to your bank account, RentometerPro will in turn reverse the payment from your bank account.

RentometerPro verifies your bank account by making two small deposits into your account and then asking you to confirm the deposit amounts. By confirming the deposit amounts correctly, you'll confirm that RentometerPro has the correct account number for you.
That's right! RentometerPro processes your payments and instantly records them in your income and expense ledger, your rent roll and provides a summary report for recent activities. Your accounting ledger can be exported to a standard spreadsheet format for import into other accounting applications.
Rent payments are currently limited to a maximum of $10,000 per unit per month.
RentometerPro can bill your tenants online and process online payments throughout the United States.
Check processing is currently available for rental properties in the following states: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

When you subscribe to Online Rent-Payment, your monthly invoices and late payment reminders are automatically set up for you and included in your rent processing subscription, at no additional cost.
Custom postal notices may include any additional letters to you wish to send to your tenants through RentometerPro such as:
• notice of repairs
• maintenance service requests
• lease renewal reminders
• a subject of your choosing
RentometerPro will print and mail these notices for you, then file a copy to your account for your records. Custom postal notices may be sent at any time you wish for an additional charge of $1.50 each.
No. We believe our customers will use our online property management system because it is the easiest to use and provides the best value. There are no long term subscription obligations. If our service doesn't work for you, you can cancel at any time with no penalty.
